Skinny Switch Secret said that it is money back guarentteed. I called within the first week and told them this will not work for me. He told me options and I told the gentleman that I wanted to cancel. He told me my money would be there within the week or week and a half. It never was. Now they said that I have not called in the given amount of time. Therefore, I can not have my money and that there was no record of my ever calling to cancel. This is truely a Scam and will never recommend this company to anyone. They Lie...

Tried this program for 30 days. I lost a little weight the first week. Have been at a stand still for 3 weeks. I decided to discontinue & called customer service to discontnue. I was told I missed the deadliine by 3 days. I new about the 30 day deal, but I was under the impression I could discontinue at any time. So they are going to bill me another 120.00. Don't anyone else fall for this crap, because it does'nt work anyhow. I will guarantee you will never hear of skinny swicth secret a year from now.

I checked all the information before purchasing about the items that would be on the diet. After purchasing, I found out that meat is a big part of the program and I do not eat meat. have e-mailed company several times to cancel and have heard nothing. They are refusing to answer me. I cannot do this diet because of all the meat involved.

I signed up for this Secret on Dec 26. They collected first payment on 12/29. On 1/15 I cancelledthe Secret which is no secret really. I received from the attendant a cancellation confirmation and she told me my CC would be credited back within 6 days. On 1/26 I was billed a second time, so I called the company again. This time they tell me there is no record of cancellation, and that they will have to manually go thru 1000's of cancellations for that particular day that I cancelled for record of my phone number. The woman returned to the phone and told me no record of my phone number was anywhere and basically there is nothing I could do and they would continue billing me. Now, I have a cancellation number which doesnt help me and they are invading our privacy by recording our telephone numbers for their records. This incident still has not been resolved.
